16 National Native American Heritage Month Facts to Know

I have decided to continue with my topic on Native Americans. In looking for sources, I found numerous articles, journals, newspapers and etc. I will say some sources were hard to connect to the topic as they did not relate to tribes in health care. I had to redo my key words in the searching process. Some key words I used when searching for my sources were, Native American health care and Native American health care problems. These helped me narrow the search on what I should included with my paper. Here are some links to a few sources I found.

Diversity & Inclusion in Clinical Trials, https://www.nimhd.nih.gov/resources/understanding-health-disparities/diversity-and-inclusion-in-clinical-trials.html

“To account for the diverse lived experiences and exposures of various populations, clinical trials must be appropriately inclusive of racial and ethnic minority groups, as well as other populations experiencing health disparities, including sexual and gender minority or socioeconomically disadvantaged populations.”
